The Town has picnic shelters available for reservation at Victor Municipal Park and Dryer Road Park. Butler Cottage at MaryFrances Bluebird Haven is an enclosed lodge that can be reserved for parties, meetings, and special events. We also have our new lodge at Victor Municipal Park available for reservation. Please call (585) 742-0140 for more information. Boughton Park has a picnic pavilion for residents’ use. Call Mary Lyng, Boughton Park Secretary, at 742-5026 for more information and reservations. Boughton Park is a private park open to the residents of the towns of East and West Bloomfield and Victor only. For information on access to Boughton Park , call the Town Clerk's office at (585) 742-5080.

You must be a Victor, E. Bloomfield or W. Bloomfield resident and obtain a hang tag for your vehicle from the Victor Town Hall (Victor Residents) at 85 E. Main Street in Victor during normal business hours. Please bring your vehicle's registration.

Program brochures are published and mailed 3 times a year to Victor residents and are also available in PDF format online. Printed copies of the brochure are available at the Victor Town Hall, Victor Village Hall, Victor Farmington Library, and at the Parks & Recreation offices.
