Contact the Tax Collector’s office at 742-5080.

Can I pay in installments?
Yes, but only if you are paying at the Tax Collector’s office. The Canandaigua National Bank will only accept full payment.The first installment must be made by January 31st.

What if my bill is not paid by April 1 ?
All tax bills will be turned over to Ontario County on April 1st. To pay your bill after April 1, you must contact the Ontario County Treasurer's Office in Canandaigua at 396-4432.

My bank used to pay my taxes from an escrow account. This year I am responsible for my tax bill. What do I do if I haven’t received a bill?
