| Description: |
The Village of Victor ZBA consists of five appointed members, serving three year terms. The Board is authorized to hear, and review appeals from administrative decisions. The Board is given the power to grant or deny variances and special permits. The power to interpret the provisions of the Village zoning law is exclusively vested in the Zoning Board of Appeals. All official actions of the Board must be taken at a Public Hearing meeting.
Zoning Board meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month at 7:00pm. To view the Village calendar of scheduled meetings, visit our CALENDAR. Click on an announcement for details. Several days prior to each meeting, when agendas are finalized, they are posted there.

All submissions to the ZBA should be received in the office of the Secretary of the Zoning Board of Appeals three (3) weeks prior to the meeting date.
