| Name: | TOWN Conservation Board |
| Description: | Background Information:
- Formed by Town Board on October 26, 1970 (see Chapter 15 of Town Code)
- Seven (7) members, all required to be residents of the Town of Victor
- No more than two (2) members between the ages of sixteen (16) and twenty-one (21) years.
Meetings are on the first and third Tuesdays of the month at 7:00pm, unless otherwise posted.

Duties:
- All the powers and duties provided by state law. Visit the state website and search under "Laws of the State of New York" for "General Municipal Law Article 12-F, Sections 239-X and 239-Y" for more information.
- Review development applications
- Complete SEQR Environmental Assessment Forms forwarded from the Planning Board. (What is SEQR? Google SEQR for links)
- Submit comments & recommendations to Planning Board.
All submissions to the Conservation Board should be received in the office of the Secretary one (1) week prior to a meeting date.
