The Victor Recycle Center is open to TOWN OF VICTOR Residents & Taxpayers Only.

It is located at 60 Rawson Road (next to the Town Highway Garage). To use the Recycling Center, a permit and sticker is required.

Recycle/Transfer Station and Swap Shop Stickers:
All recycle stickers are to be purchased from the Recycle Department at 60 Rawson Road, Building "A."

Residents will need to fill out an application and a waiver of liability form when purchasing the new transfer station sticker.

Please direct any questions regarding the Recycle Center process to the Highway/Recycle Office at 585-924-3323.

Residential Stickers:
Any resident who needs a new sticker due to the loss of a sticker or is new to the recycle center program, will need to purchase a sticker.

The cost of the sticker is $60.00 with a maximum of two (2) stickers per household. Stickers purchased in 2011, will be valid until December 31, 2014. Residents are asked to bring in a drivers license and/or proof of residency along with the registration for the vehicle(s) in which they will be adhering the sticker(s).

Stickers are issued for specific vehicles and MUST BE AFFIXED to the vehicle. They should be removed whenever a vehicle is disposed of and at that time a replacement sticker will be issued.

Any resident who needs a new sticker due to a vehicle change will need to bring in their "old" sticker in order to receive a replacement sticker at NO Charge. Residents who no longer have their "old" sticker will be charged a replacement fee of $60.00.

Commercial Stickers:
Commercial stickers will be issued to Town and Village business owners at a cost of $60.00 per business owner with a maximum of two (2) stickers. Business owners will need to bring in the registration for the vehicle(s) in which they will be adhering the sticker(s). Any stickers issued in 2011 will be valid until December 31, 2014. These stickers are to be used for recyclable materials only.

Business owners who need a new sticker due to a vehicle change will need to bring in their "old" sticker in order to receive a replacement sticker at NO Charge. Business owners who no longer have their "old" sticker will be charged a replacement fee of $60.00.

Special Use Permit:
If a resident does not have a recycle sticker and wants to utilize the center to clean up brush, household rubbish or construction debris, they will need to show proof of residency to purchase a special use permit for $25.00. This permit will only be valid for a 30-day period. If a contractor is doing the work for the resident, you must have the license plate number and a description of the vehicle transporting the material into the recycle/transfer station.

New Regulations for the Recycle Center:
Browsing or treasure hunting in any part of the facility or the grounds around it is strictly forbidden due to mandatory insurance guidelines. Stop as instructed and put your vehicle in PARK while attendants unload your vehicle. Please do not put your vehicle in gear until an attendant instructs you that it is clear to move ahead.

Swap Shop Stickers Only:
If residents do not wish to utilize the recycle/transfer station, but want access to the Swap Shop, a sticker can be obtained at the Highway/Recycle Department Office at NO Charge. Proof of residency will be required.
