Building and Code Enforcement

The Village of Victor has established a department of Code Enforcement for the administration and enforcement of the provisions of all laws, resolutions, rules, regulations and orders related to the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code within the Village of Victor and any provisions, laws, resolutions, rules, regulations and orders of the Village of Victor related to construction repair, demolition, removal of buildings, zoning, electrical standards, signs, property maintenance, swimming pools and abandoned or junked motor vehicles.
