Minutes from the June 23, 2015 Public Hearing

The Town of Victor Planning Board has established a public comment period for Fishers Ridge of sixty (60) calendar days beginning Monday, May 18, 2015, the date of the first filing and circulation of the notice of completion and ending on Friday, July 17, 2015. The public hearing will be held on June 23, 2015 at the Town of Victor Planning Board meeting located at the Town Hall, 85 East Main Street.

GULLACE PROJECT - Gullace Property, Church Street/County Road 9

June 2016 Gullace Preliminary Subdivision

Lynaugh Road Properties, LLC is requesting preliminary subdivision approval consisting of 69 For-Sale ranch style townhomes, each with 2 car garages. The townhomes are proposed to be a combination of 3 and 4 unit blocks for a total of 53 units on the eastern portion of the Town lands and 16 units consisting of 2 and 3 unit blocks on the western portion of the Town lands. This application will be before the Town Planning Board as a public hearing at the June 28, 2016 meeting. The property is owned by Lynaugh Road Properties and is zoned Multiple Dwelling.

For more information refer to the May 12, 2015 Planning Board minutes which refers to the EAF (Environmental Assessment) and the April 25, 2016 Town Board minutes of the joint Public Hearing that took place regarding the annexation. A Joint Public Hearing on the Petition to Annex Town of Victor Territory to the Village of Victor has been set for April 25, 2016 at 6:30pm at the Victor Town Hall. Any and all written comments, including objections. support or otherwise, shall be directed to the Town of Victor Planning and Zoning Department at 85 East Main Street by 12:00pm (Noon) on May 2, 2016, and said comments may also be sent by email to .  



A revised concept plan was submitted and an informal discussion was scheduled on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at the Victor Town Hall with both the Town and Village Planning Boards. The regular meeting started at 7:00 pm. The Planning Board meeting was open to the public, however, as an informal discussion, there were no comments taken from the public that evening. Comments are welcomed to be submitted in writing either to the attention of the Planning Board or an e-mail to . Any comments submitted will be copied to both the Town and Village Planning Boards, the applicant, and the file as part of the official public record.
