Dryer Road Park / Pump Track & Bike Park Project

The Department of Parks and Recreation and Genesee Regional Off-Road Cyclists (GROC) are re-designing and construction a “new” bike park at Dryer Road Park. The bike park will include a push bike track, a pump track for youth and adults and “new” beginner, intermediate and advanced jump lines.

GROC raised $5,000 during the winter of (2017) in private and corporate support of the project and construction begin in the summer of that year.  Special thanks to Victor Excavating and Paul Moszak and Adam Reitz of GROC for their commitment to our project.  The previous pump track was re-graded and new material was brought in to re-establish the area which will accommodate BMX, and 26”, 27.5” and 29” mountain bikes.  The beginner, intermediate and advanced jump lines were roughed in during the summer and fall of (2017).  However, an unusually wet and rainy summer caused delays to our schedule.

Construction will continue in (2018) and when completed will provided for more mountain bike related features to our already well-known multi-use trail system at Dryer Road Park!
