A public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Planning Board on Tuesday, June 25, 2019, starting at 7:00 p.m. at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, New York, to consider the following applications:
Bell Atlantic d/b/a Verizon, located at 701 High Street, is requesting to remove (12) antennas and install (6) antennas with supplemental equipment on the water tower at High Street.
Bell Atlantic d/b/a Verizon, located at 7385 Willowbrook Road, is requesting approval to construct two wireless telecommunications concealment shrouds and associated equipment on a new 43 foot tall wood utility pole.
Seritage Facade Modification (Formerly Sears building) located at 200 Eastview Mall Drive, is requesting approval for renovations to the former Sears building to re-tenant the existing retail space.
Valentown Plaza Lot 2 & 3 Parking Expansion, located at 7724 State Route 96, is requesting approval for construction of additional parking areas and associated utilities at the properties, with a net increase of 33 parking spaces.
