LEGAL NOTICE
A public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, August 19, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, NY, to consider the following area variances:
1. FCP MHC NY Sales LLC, 6351 Roberts Drive, Victor, NY for a 10x20 shed whereas §138-6E states one accessory building not to exceed 144 square feet and 10 feet in height shall be permitted for each manufactured home. The property is zoned Mobile Home and owned by the applicant.
2. Brian & Gayle Reh, 6831 Colyer Crossing, Victor, NY for construction of a garage in front of the home, whereas §211-31G(2) states no accessory structure shall be forward of the primary building. The property is zoned Residential 2 and owned by the applicant.
3. T. Caleb Strong, 7546 Lower Fishers Road, Victor, NY for construction of a 30’x40’ storage structure in front of the home, whereas §211-31G(2) states no accessory structure shall be forward of the primary building. The property is zoned Limited Development District and owned by the applicant.
