A public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Planning Board on Tuesday, December 17, 2019, starting at 7:00 p.m. at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, New York, to consider the following applications:
Dick’s Sporting Goods, located at 200 Eastview Mall Drive, is requesting approval for addition of speakers to the light poles 20 feet above the surface of the approved playing field and to also modify the fencing from black netting to black chain link. It is zoned Commercial.
Clark Lot Line, located at 168 Fishers Road, is requesting approval to adjust existing lot line so that each of the parcels is compliant with current zoning regulations. A 3,200 sf single family home will be constructed on 140 Fishers Road. It is zoned Limited Development District.
Blumont Rise Subdivision, located at County Road 41, is requesting approval to create 35 single-family home lots on 33.2 acres with additional 74.8 acres being subject to a Development Restriction Easement for a total of 108 acres. It is zoned Residential 2.
