Town of Victor - Community CLOMR Notification
The Town of Victor in accordance with National Flood Insurance Program regulation 65.7(b)(1), hereby gives notice of the Town of Victor’s intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located North of Route 96 between McMahon Rd and Plaster Mill Road. The flood hazard revisions are being proposed as part of Conditional Letter of Map Revision (CLOMR) Case No. 19-02-1717R for a proposed project North of Route 96, East of Auction Direct and west of McMahon Rd. Victor Jeep is proposing to construct a new Jeep dealership, the property is located at 6484 State Route 96.
Once the project has been completed, a Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) request will be submitted that will, in part, revise the following flood hazards along Mud Creek and Fish Creek.
- The floodway will be revised from the railroad bridge at the confluence of Fish Creek and Mud Creek to the Mud Creek Bridge at Route 96.
- Base Flood Elevations will be revised along Mud Creek.
