A public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Planning Board on Tuesday, April 14, 2020, starting at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be conducted by video conferencing only: there will be no public gathering for this meeting based on the recommended precautions for limiting exposure to COVID-19.
The public has the opportunity to attend, listen and observe this meeting live on YouTube. The link will be provided on the victorny.org website prior to the meeting, to consider the following applications:
HIGH POINT BUSINESS PARK, BUILDING 300, located at Lot 4 High Point Drive, is requesting approval to remove excess topsoil from site. The property is owned by RainBros Associates and is zoned Planned Development District.
COVERWALLET PARKING EXPANSION, located at 7910 Lehigh Crossing, is requesting approval to construct 50,500 square feet of additional parking for a total of 320 parking spaces. The land banked parking approved in original application is also to be constructed at this time. The property is owned by Bluestone Creek Development, LLC and is zoned Light Industrial.
TNT FIREWORKS TENT, located at 4-20 Commerce Drive, is requesting approval for a temporary tent for sale of NY sparkling devices from June 20th thru July 5th. Hours of operation to be from 9am-10pm. The property is owned by Victor Square Retail, LLC and is zoned Light Commercial.
VASTA SITE PLAN, located at 681 Phillips Road, is requesting approval to construct a new 60’ x 100’ pole barn for clients auto towing and shop, as well as expanded parking facilities. The property is owned by Della Buscemi and is zoned Light Industrial.
