LEGAL NOTICE
A public hearing will be held before the Village of Victor Planning Board remotely via the Zoom app and can be viewed on the Village YouTube channel on Wednesday, May 27, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. to consider:
1.) The application of Eric Ferri for owner GEMMA, LLC, for a Site Plan Modification at 2 East Main Street to change the use, a former mercantile to a restaurant. The two owners of the business, Clarissa & Jason Chadwick propose to operate a restaurant called Sweet Basil that serves noodles, natural spices and vegetables in broth. There will be a small bar area in the front seating 3-5 people and serves beer and wine. Seating for the restaurant will be no more than 47 guests in a 1700 sq. ft. area including the office and kitchen.
At this time, the general public cannot be present in person at the public hearings, but can comment via the Village of Victor YouTube Channel which can be found at villageofvictor.org under Village of Victor Virtual Meetings on Youtube.
