LEGAL NOTICE
A public hearing will be held before the Village of Victor Planning Board remotely via the Zoom app and can be viewed on the Village YouTube channel on Wednesday, June 24, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. to consider:
1.) The application of Mitchell Design-Build for owner Maguire Properties, for a Site Plan Modification at 62 School Street to add a small masonry lean-to building to house all of the equipment for the newly installed fire suppression system. The exterior dimensions are 8’ 10” x 13’ 4” and roughly 8’ high. The location of this new addition is within a discrete, recessed nook. The addition will be unassuming and will be painted and finished to match the existing building exteriors surrounding it.
At this time, the general public cannot be present in person at the public hearings, but can comment via the Village of Victor YouTube Channel which can be found at villageofvictor.org under Village of Victor Virtual Meetings on YouTube.
