LEGAL NOTICE
A public hearing will be held before the Village of Victor Planning Board remotely via the Zoom app and can be viewed on the Village YouTube channel on Wednesday, June 24, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. to consider:
1.) The application of Robert Sweet-Agent for Speedway LLC for owner Speedway LLC-Scott Gross, for a Site Plan Modification at 239 and 251 West Main Street for a tank integrity project for the facility which includes making improvements to underground storage tanks, product piping lines and fuel dispensers. A lot line adjustment is requested to combine the parcels that Speedway owns so the new underground storage tanks do not cross property lines. The removal of the underground storage tanks requires the canopy to be demolished and replaced with a new canopy of the same materials and dimensions. All proposed improvements are replacements of existing structures or maintenance related to improving the facility. The property is zoned “GCB” Gateway Corridor Business District.
At this time, the general public cannot be present in person at the public hearings, but can comment via the Village of Victor YouTube Channel which can be found at villageofvictor.org under Village of Victor Virtual Meetings on YouTube.
