A virtual public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Planning Board on Tuesday, June 23, 2020, starting at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be conducted by video conferencing only: there will be no public gathering for this meeting based on the recommended precautions for limiting exposure to COVID-19.
The public has the opportunity to attend, listen and observe this meeting live on YouTube. The link will be provided on the victorny.org website prior to the meeting, to consider the following applications:
IVEY SHED, located at 295 Log Cabin Road, is requesting approval to construct a 8’ x 14’ lofted shed with wood siding and a metal roof. The property is owned by Gerald Ivey and is located in the Limited Development District.
PEARSON ACCESSORY STRUCTURE, located at 788 Old Dutch Road, is requesting approval to construct a 40’ x 20’ accessory structure to store tooling and maintenance equipment for CNC machine. The property is owned by Ben Pearson and is zoned Light Industrial.
