LEGAL NOTICE - TOWN OF VICTOR - ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
The Town of Victor will receive sealed bids for the PS-13 Springdale Court Pump Station Slab Replacement project.
Sealed Bids will be received and bids publicly opened and read at the following place and time:

At this time, due to events related to COVID-19 we ask that all Bidders limit attendees to the Bid Opening to one individual. Access to the building may be limited. Please plan accordingly when submitting bids.
The project consists principally of setting up necessary wastewater by-pass pumping including the installation of an isolation valve and by-pass connection (to be provided by the Town of Farmington), removal of the existing pump station unit, demolition of existing concrete slab, pouring a new reinforced concrete slab, installing stormwater facilities, and reinstalling and commissioning the sanitary pump station.
The foregoing is a general outline of work only and shall not be construed as a complete description of the work to be performed under this contract.
Plans and Contract Documents are available for inspection at Rochester’s Dodge Plan Room (877) 784-9556 and the Rochester Builder’s Exchange (585) 586-5460. Copies of the Plans and Contract Documents may be obtained upon payment of one hundred dollars ($100) for each set of documents requested at the following locations:

Check for Plans and Contract Documents shall be made payable to the Town of Victor.
Bidding Documents also may be examined online with an online payment by visiting www.recplanroom.com (click All Public Jobs under the Menu Tab on the left hand side of the plan room homepage. Once you are in the public plan room, please select the link for the PS-13 Springdale Pump Station Slab Replacement.
Direct mailing of plans and Contract Documents is available through Rotolite-Elliott only. Bidder requesting this service should enclose a non-refundable check for twenty-five dollars ($25) made payable to Rotolite-Elliott in addition to the one hundred dollar ($100) deposit payable to the Town of Victor for each document set requested.
Refunds for payment for one (1) copy of the Plans and Specifications will be made to those submitting Bids on the forms furnished, if returned in good condition to the Town Clerk within thirty (30) days from the award of the contract.
Bids must be made in writing on the forms furnished and shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee for an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid in accordance with the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS.
The Town of Victor is exempt under New York State Tax law, and therefore, no sales tax on the cost of materials incorporated into the project shall be included in the bid.
The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and labor and material bonds in accordance with the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS.
The Town of Victor reserves the right to consider bids for forty-five (45) days after the receipt before awarding any contract. The Town of Victor further reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to accept any Proposal or individual item or items, which it may deem to be the most favorable to its best interests.
Contractors are required to complete and submit the following forms with their bids:
• Section 00480 – Non-collusive Bidding Certificate
• Section 00490 - Site Investigation Certificate
