A virtual public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Planning Board on Tuesday, July 14, 2020, starting at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be conducted by video conferencing only: there will be no public gathering for this meeting based on the recommended precautions for limiting exposure to COVID-19.

GLOW CITY SIGN, located at 7920 Rae Blvd, is requesting approval to replace existing sign from the previous owner on the front lawn of their building and cover it with their own sign. The property is owned by SizzleBeach LLC and is located in the Light Industrial District.
KOCHER GARAGE ADDITION, located at 1000 Oak Ridge Drive, is requesting approval to construct a 28’ x 40’ two story gambrel roof style garage for lawn equipment, wood working tools and storage. The property is owned by Nancy and Paul Kocher and is zoned Residential 2.
PERINE GARAGE ADDITION, located at 1687 Strong Road, is requesting approval to construct a 700 sf two-car garage onto an existing barn for storage. The property is owned by Jeffery and Margo Perine and is zoned Residential 2.
