The property is zoned Commercial/Light Industrial and owned by DeFelice Structures LLC.
2. Jeffrey Bateman-Ferry, 7755 Victor Mendon Road, Victor, NY, for chicken coop location whereas §211-19A(4) states housing of poultry is not permitted within 100 feet of any lot line. The property is zoned Residential 2 and owned by the applicant.
