A public hearing will be held before the Village of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals on Wednesday, September 16, 2020, at 7:00 p.m., in the Village Hall, 60 East Main Street, Victor, New York, to consider:
The application of 32, 20 & 0 School St./ESL Federal Credit Union, for area variances to the Village of Victor Zoning Code pertaining to signage and building height, specifically:
170-7 A (2) Accessory structure height, (ATM/Teller kiosks) 19 feet versus the allowed 12 feet.
130-5 B (1) (a) Three wall signs of 68.25 square feet each for a total of 204.75 square feet whereas only 30 square feet is allowed and only on sides facing a street or parking lot and, one wall sign of 20.125 square feet on an accessory structure whereas only 12.5 square feet is allowed.
130-5 B (3) Two directional signs, containing arrows and wording other than “In,” “Out,” “Entrance,” or “Exit.”
