LEGAL NOTICE
A public hearing will be held before the Village of Victor Planning Board remotely via the Zoom app and can be viewed on the Village YouTube channel on Wednesday, September 23, at 7:00 p.m. to consider:
1.) The application of ESL Federal Credit Union, for preliminary/final Site Plan review, Subdivision review, Signage approval, and a Special Use Permit. The property is located at, 32 School Street. The applicant is proposing the re-subdivison of the properties at 0, 20 and 32 School Street into a single lot. Upon approval, the applicant is proposing to demolish the existing structures on the site and erect a 5,600 square foot bank and accessory ATM/Teller lane structure with applicable signage. The parcel is located in the Village Center Business (VCB) zoning district.
At this time, the general public cannot be present in person at the public hearings but can comment via the Village of Victor YouTube Channel which can be found at villageofvictor.org under Village of Victor Virtual Meetings on YouTube.
