APPLICATION FOR A MASS GATHERING PERMIT FOR ROC LIGHTS AT VICTOR HILLS
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE pursuant to Town Code Chapter 135 Mass Gatherings the Town of Victor has received a Mass Gathering Permit application for ROC Lights at Victor Hills, said application is on file in the Town Clerk’s office located at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, New York, where it is available for public inspection during regular business hours.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a Public Hearing regarding said Mass Gathering Permit application has been scheduled for October 13, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. to be held by the Victor Town Board at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, New York. Written comments may also be directed to the Victor Town Clerk, Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, New York 14564, on or before 4:00 PM on October 13, 2020. If due to the current COVID19 situation, the meeting needs to be held virtually, it will be live streamed via YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/c/townofvictornewyork with text commenting available. Please check the Town website at www.victorny.org for updates regarding the status of Town meetings (in person or livestreamed).
