A public hearing will be held before the Village of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals remotely via the Zoom app and can be viewed on the Village YouTube channel on Wednesday, October 21, 2020, at 7:00 p.m., to consider:
1.) The application of Ryan McElhiney for an area variance to the Village of Victor Zoning Code for the property located at 169 Church Street. The applicant is requesting approval to renovate and expand their existing garage to 25’ 6” by 30’. The parcel is located in the R-1 One Family Residential zoning district. Pursuant to§ 170-10.E, 15’ wide setbacks are required for primary structures within the R-1 zoning district. The applicant is proposing to expand the garage on the northeast corner, decreasing the setback to 8.6 feet as measured at the eves.
At this time, the general public cannot be present in person at the public hearings but can comment via the Village of Victor YouTube Channel which can be found at villageofvictor.org under Village of Victor Virtual Meetings on YouTube.
