A virtual public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Planning Board on Wednesday, October 14, 2020, starting at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be conducted by video conferencing only: there will be no public gathering for this meeting based on the recommended precautions for limiting exposure to COVID-19.
The public has the opportunity to attend, listen and observe this meeting live on YouTube. The link will be provided on the victorny.org website prior to the meeting, to consider the following applications:
BOWKER ACCESSORY STRUCTURE, located at 423 County Road 9, is requesting approval to construct a 26x26x12’ post framed garage addition on the south side of existing detached garage. The property is owned by Daryl Bowker and is zoned Residential-2.
ROYAL CAR WASH SITE MODIFICATION, located at 607-609 Rowley Road, is requesting approval to construct a 3rd stacking lane with pay island, 15 additional vacuum stalls and 5 employee stalls. The property is owned by Royal Wash Victor, LLC and is zoned Commercial.
SCOUT RESERVE LOT #2 FINAL SUBDIVISION, located at 6771 Aldridge Road, is requesting approval to create five new home sites on lot sizes ranging from .57 acres to 7.9 acres and a single unapproved lot approximately 10.29 acres. The property will be accessed via a private roadway from Aldridge Road. The property is owned by DeHollander Design Inc. and is zoned Residential 2.
