A public hearing will be conducted via video conferencing before the Town of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, November 2, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. to consider the following area variance applications. 1. Kenneth & Carol Tomaszewski, 965 County Road 41, Mendon are requesting an accessory structure on parcel of land without a primary structure, 8060 County Road 41, east of the Monroe/Ontario County line and adjacent to the property with their residence. The property is owned by the applicant and zoned Residential 3, whereas §211-19A(3) via 211-20A and 211-21A states the primary structure is of residential use and other structures are accessory.
2. S&J Morrell Builders, 1501 Pittsford-Victor Road is requesting to install a monument sign at the entrance to Piper Meadows Townhome development, within 35 feet from the pavement edge whereas §165-4B(6) states no freestanding sign requiring a permit shall be closer than 35 feet from the pavement of the public right-of-way. The property is zoned Residential 1 and owned by S&J Morrell Builders.
