A virtual public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Planning Board on Tuesday, November 10, 2020, starting at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be conducted by video conferencing only: there will be no public gathering for this meeting based on the recommended precautions for limiting exposure to COVID-19.
The public has the opportunity to attend, listen and observe this meeting live on YouTube. The link will be provided on the victorny.org website prior to the meeting, to consider the following applications:
TOMASZEWSKI POLE BARN, located at 8060 County Road 41, is requesting approval to construct a 40’ x 50’ pole barn on existing pad for personal storage. The property is owned by Kenneth Tomaszewski and is zoned Residential 3.
WEISMAN POOL AND SHED, located at 8060 Barony Woods, is requesting approval to build a 20’ x40’ in ground pool and a 12’ x16’ shed. The property is owned by Lindsay Weisman and is zoned Limited Development District.
