A virtual public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Planning Board on Tuesday, January 12, 2021, starting at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be conducted by video conferencing only: there will be no public gathering for this meeting based on the recommended precautions for limiting exposure to COVID-19.
The public has the opportunity to attend, listen and observe this meeting live on YouTube. The link will be provided on the victorny.org website prior to the meeting, to consider the following applications:
OTT MINOR SUBDIVISION, located at 1086 Strong Road, is requesting approval to subdivide the parcel into 3 lots with one lot comprised of land on the west side of Strong Road and the land on the east side of Strong Road will be divided into two lots. The property is owned by Trust the Ott Irrevocable Survivors and is zoned Residential 2.
