A virtual public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Planning Board on Tuesday, January 26, 2021, starting at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be conducted by video conferencing only: there will be no public gathering for this meeting based on the recommended precautions for limiting exposure to COVID-19.
The public has the opportunity to attend, listen and observe this meeting live on YouTube. The link will be provided on the victorny.org website prior to the meeting, to consider the following applications:
VICTOR HILLS GOLF CLUB CONVEYANCE PLAN, located at 1397 Brace Road, is requesting approval to subdivide 3.09 acres from a parent parcel of 123 acres. The property is owned by Five J Enterprises LLC and is zoned Residential 2.
ULTIMATE GRACE, located at 966 Strong Road, is requesting approval to create a two resident hospice facility with room to “rent “ for family members. The property is owned by Anne Shean and is zoned Residential 2.
