LEGAL NOTICE
A public hearing will be held before the Village of Victor Planning Board on Wednesday, April 28, 2021, at 7:00 p.m., in the Village Hall, 60 East Main Street, Victor, New York, to consider:
1.) The application of Mitchell Design-Build for Van Bortel Village Motors, for a Site Plan Modification at 223 West Main Street to extend the existing stone parking area to the east to accommodate vehicle parking with the addition of trees to act as a buffer on the eastern property line. The owner is also proposing to update the existing façade and add LED exterior building wall lights and remove all overhead utility wires to the building and install underground utility lines.
Due to Covid-19, masks are required. Please let us know if you plan to attend the public hearing so we can make sure we have enough socially distanced space. Please call 924-3311.
