RE-CLASSIFY SOUTHGATE HILLS PHASE 2 - RESIDENTIAL OVERLAY DISTRICT A TO RESIDENTIAL OVERLAY DISTRICT B
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board has received a petition to reclassify the zoning designations on the Official Residential Overlay Zoning District Map, Map Z-02, of the Town of Victor of certain properties Petitioner owns bearing tax map numbers 28.04-01-44.111, 28.04-01-44.200, 28.04-01-45.000, and 28.04-01-48.000 comprising Southgate Hills Phase 2 located on the northwest corner of East Victor Road and Boughton Hill Road in the Town of Victor (the “Subject Properties”) from a Residential Overlay District “A” to a Residential Overlay District “B”.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that said petition is on file in the Victor Town Clerk’s Office located at 85 East Main Street, Victor, New York, where it is available for public inspection during regular business hours.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a public hearing regarding the petition has been scheduled for July 26, 2021 at 7:00 PM, to be held by the Victor Town Board at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, NY 14564. An opportunity to be heard in regards thereto will then and there be given. Written comments may also be directed to the Victor Town Clerk, Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, New York 14564, on or before 4:00 PM on July 26, 2021. The meeting will also be live streamed via YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/c/townofvictornewyork. Please check the Town website at www.victorny.org for updates regarding the status of Town meetings.
