O’NEIL SUBDIVISION LOT # 3, located at 7915 County Road 41, is requesting approval to construct a single family home on 9.02 acre parcel. Applicant is also requesting to modify the originally proposed conservation easement for better use of the land. The amount of proposed area to be restricted remains unchanged. The property is owned by William O’Neil and is zoned Residential 3.
VICTOR SQUARE PARKING/ENTRANCE IMPROVEMENT, located at 4-20 Commerce Drive, is requesting approval to convert the existing fire access onto NYS Route 96 to a right-in/right-out curb cut along with installing (7) adaptive control traffic signal systems along Route 96 corridor between Route 251 and the Thruway. The property is owned by Victor Square Retail LLC and is zoned Commercial.
HIGHLINE PARK, located on Main Street, Fishers, is requesting approval to construct 146 differing types of for-rent residential units with supporting clubhouse amenities. The property is owned by Morrell Builders and is zoned PDD.
VANBORTEL SUBARU PARKING LOT EXPANSION, located at 6327 State Route 96, is requesting approval to demolish the existing house with its accessory structures to extend the parking lot. The proposed parking lot will have a new access drive lane that will tie into the existing curb cut. The property is owned by 6327 Route 96 LLC and is zoned Commercial/Light Industrial.
