LEGAL NOTICE - NOTICE OF PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM - ESTABLISHMENT OF THE VICTOR JEEP SEWER DISTRICT AND CONSOLIDATION OF THE SAME INTO THE VICTOR CONSOLIDATED SEWER DISTRICT
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that on September 13, 2021, the Town Board of the Town of Victor duly adopted a Resolution entitled “Authorization After Public Hearing for the Establishment of the Victor Jeep Sewer District and Consolidation of the Same into the Victor Consolidated Sewer District” (the “Resolution”); and
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that said Resolution is summarized as follows:
The Town Board of the Town of Victor, by said Resolution, approved and authorized the establishment of the Victor Jeep Sewer District as well as the simultaneous consolidation thereof into the Town of Victor Consolidated Sewer District pursuant to the Consolidation Agreement for the Town of Victor Consolidated Sewer District and the Victor Jeep Sewer District; and
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Report (and/or accompanying engineering information) as well as the Joint Consolidation Agreement pertaining to the action summarized herein are on file at the Town of Victor Clerk’s Office where they are available for public inspection; and
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that said Resolution is subject to permissive referendum, and any petition opposing said Resolution must be filed within 30 days after adoption of the Resolution.
