TABAYOYONG IN GROUND POOL, located at 8065 Barony Woods, is requesting approval to install an in-ground pool, concrete decking, fencing, retaining wall and gazebo. The property is owned by William Tabayoyong and is zoned Limited Development District.
CALHOUN CHIROPRACTIC WELLNESS CENTER, located at 81 Victor Heights Parkway, is requesting approval to expand the existing 1.2 acre parcel, which includes a parking lot expansion, entrance modification and landscaping. A 956 sf future building addition is also proposed. The property is owned by Dr. Justin Calhoun and is zoned Light Industrial.
GUINAN MAJOR SUBDIVISION, located on 6465 County Road 41, is requesting approval to subdivide the 112 acre parcel into two lots, with parcel one consisting of 50 acres and proposed single family residence, and parcel two consisting of 62 acres. The property is owned by The Estate of Edward Guinan and is zoned Residential 2.
1086 STRONG ROAD SUBDIVSION, located at 1086 Strong Road, is requesting approval to subdivide the 34.42 acre parcel into 11 single family lots including an existing house and garage. The property is owned by the Trust the Ott Irrevocable Survivors and is zoned Residential 2.
