LEGAL NOTICE
A public hearing will be held before the Village of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals on Wednesday, October 20, 2021, at 7:00 p.m., in the Village Hall, 60 East Main Street, Victor, New York, to consider:
1.) The application of Debra Yost for Gerber Collision & Glass, 2 Railroad Ave., for an area variance to the Village of Victor Zoning Code section 130-5 B (1) (d) to allow the modification of a pre-existing non-conforming ground sign measuring 8’ wide by 4’ tall (32 sf) where code allows a maximum of 16 square feet and no more than five feet high.
Due to Covid-19, masks are required. Please let us know if you plan to attend the public hearing so we can make sure we have enough socially distanced space. Please call 924-3311.
