BRISTOL GARDEN GROWING GREENHOUSES, located at 7432 State Route 96, is requesting approval to construct (4) Westbrook greenhouses, 24’ x 144’ long x 14’ high and (5) Westbrook greenhouses 24’ x 120’ long x 14’ high for growing flower and vegetable plants. The property is owned by SASRMS, LLC and is zoned Commercial/Light Industrial.
WENDY’S MINOR SUBDIVISION, located at 7473 State Route 96, is requesting approval to subdivide 5.69 acres into 2 lots, which would include where Wendy’s Restaurant currently exists. Lot R-B1 would consist of +/- 1.76 acres and existing restaurant. Lot R-B2 would consist of +/- 3.87 acres. The property is owned by FX Net Lease Holdings, LLC and is zoned Commercial.
PET PRIDE ADDITION, located at 7731 State Route 251, is requesting approval to construct a 3,100 sf addition to the existing facility. Proposed work will include the construction of additional parking and an emergency vehicle turnaround. The property is owned by Pet Pride of NY Inc. and is zoned Residential 2.
WATSON POLE BARN AND DRIVEWAY, located on Dryer Road, is requesting approval to construct a 2,000 sf pole barn for personal storage and a waiver from the Town of Victor Design and Construction Standards to allow a driveway with a 13% slope, whereas, a maximum of 10% is allowed. The property is owned by Abram Watson and is zoned Residential 1.
