The property is owned by Dilip Patel and is zoned Commercial/Light Industrial.
LITE COMS LLC, located at 7321 State Route 251, is requesting approval for a change of use from warehousing to a manufacturing business. The property is owned by Rekka Gholkar and is zoned Light Industrial.
