SOUTHGATE HILLS PHASE 2 CLEARING AND GRADING, located at East Victor Road, is requesting approval to proceed with clearing and grading. The property is owned by BRW of Greece LLC and is zoned Residential 2.
SWARTZ POLE BARN, located at 7716 Lower Fishers Road, is requesting approval to construct a 36 x 24 ft pole barn with a 10 ft ceiling also included is 8 x 24 ft porch. The property is owned by Kevin Swartz and is zoned Limited Development District.
CROWN CASTLE d/b/a VERIZON WIRELESS, located at 914 Brownsville Road, is requesting approval to replace (3) antennas at existing wireless communication facility. The property is owned by Crown Castle and is zoned Residential 2.
