LEGAL NOTICE
A public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals on Tuesday, January 18, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, NY to consider the following applications.
1. Darryl Klimowski, 1058 Natures Way for an area variance to place a shed 11’ from the property line when §211-20C states property line set-back is 15’. The property is zoned Residential 2 and owned by the applicant.
2. CoMark Holdings LLC for an area variance to Town of Victor code §211-31G(2) for an existing barn to be in front of the principal structure; a proposed dwelling in proposed Valentown Meadows subdivision, 7241 Valentown Road. The property is zoned Residential 2 and owned by Philip Freund.
3. Mitchell Design Build is requesting an area variance for Van Bortel Subaru, 6327 State Route 96, for proposed asphalt that is within the 80’ of the road right-of-way where no parking is permitted per §211-32A(2)(d)[1][a]. The property is zoned Commercial/Light Industrial and owned by 6327 State Route 96 LLC.
4. MTM Automotive for a use variance to allow automotive sales at 681 Phillips Road where §211-24C(5) states retail establishments are prohibited in the Light Industrial district. The property is zoned Light Industrial and owned by Della Buscemi.
