A public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, May 16, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, NY to consider the following area variance applications.
1. PETER BAXENDALE 7025 Dryer Road, seeking a variance for 2 pre-existing sheds, placed forward of the front line and within the 15’ setback requirement when §211-31. G. (2) states no accessory structure shall be forward of the front line of the primary building and §211-20. C. states accessory uses, such as storage sheds, must observe a fifteen-foot property line setback on residentially zoned property unless otherwise specified herein. The property is zoned Residential 2 and is owned by Tyler Clawson.
2. AUCTION DIRECT 6520 State Route 96, seeking a variance to allow vehicular parking within the required 80’ front setback. When §211-32 A. (2) (d)  [a] states vehicular parking is not permitted within 80’ of the road right-of-way. The property is zoned Commercial/Light Industrial and is owned by 6520 Rt 96 LLC.
