Town Notice of Public Hearing
SOUTHGATE HILLS 1 & 2 TOWN OF VICTOR DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT AREA
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that public hearings shall be held for the purpose of considering Southgate Hills Subdivision Sections 1 & 2 to be included in the Town of Victor Drainage Improvement Area; and
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that public hearings have been scheduled for August 22, 2022, at 7:00 PM, to be held by the Town Board at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, NY. An opportunity to be heard in regards thereto will then and there be given. Written comments may also be directed to the Victor Town Clerk on or before 12:00 PM on August 22, 2022. The meeting will also be live streamed via YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/c/townofvictornewyork with text commenting available.
