A public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals on Tuesday, September 6, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, NY to consider the following applications.
VICTOR SQUARE 4-20 Commerce Drive, seeking an area variance to allow for site modifications to include re-working the connection between Victor Square and Victor Crossing and adding an additional parking area for Victor Square that crosses over the shared property line between the 2 properties when §211-32 states that parking and paved areas may be located within up to five feet of the property boundary line for side and rear boundaries of lots located within the Commercial District, an area variance is required. The property is zoned Commercial and is located in the Route 96/251 Overlay District and is owned by Main Street Stop, LLC.
