BRUSH SOLAR ARRAY, located at 8045 County Road 41, is requesting approval to install a 71.2 kw solar photovoltaic system including trenching and installation of underground electrical conduit. The property is owned by James Brush and is zoned Residential 2.
VICTOR CDR & JEEP, located at 6484 State Route 96, is requesting approval to install a 1,880 sf free standing carwash to replace the internal carwash stations that were approved for the new commercial building. The property is owned by Victor East Holding Co. and is zoned Commercial/Light Industrial.
CAMPOS OUTDOOR SPA, located at 213 Royal View, Pittsford, is requesting approval to install a 10’ x 16’ outdoor spa which includes an
expansion of an existing patio and renovation and installment of landscaped beds. The property is owned by David Campos and is zoned Limited Development District.
