QUATELA, 7255 St Rt 96, seeking an additional area variance for the height of the sign, requesting 28 feet in height where §165-5 B. (1) states a building identification sign may be freestanding, not to exceed 10 feet in height and 20 square feet in total area. The property is zoned Commercial and is owned by Rhino 96, LLC.
HOOK, 7988 County Road 41, seeking an area variance to place a 20 feet x 20 feet accessory structure forward of the frontline of the home when §211-31. G.
