Notice of Public Hearing
1. Please take notice that the Village of Victor Board of Trustees will hold a Public Hearing on February 20, 2023, at 7:00pm at the Village Hall, 60 E. Main St., Victor, NY. The sole purpose of this Public Hearing will be to determine if the Village of Victor should enact a Local Law to override the tax levy limit established in General Municipal Law §3-c for the 2023-2024 Village Tax. A draft proposal of the budget is on file at the office of the Village Clerk, Village of Victor.
2. That a public hearing before the Victor Village Board is hereby scheduled for 7 p.m. on March 6, 2023 at the Village Hall, 60 East Main St., Victor, NY 14564 to adopt the Village of Victor Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4), Stormwater Management Program.
A draft proposal of the plan is on file at the office of the Village Clerk, Village of Victor.
3. Please take notice that the Village of Victor will hold a public hearing on March 6, 2023 at 60 East Main Street, Victor at 7:00 pm. The sole purpose of the public hearing will be to determine if 160 School Street, Tax Map #28.05-1-53.000, should be rezoned from Industrial District to SCR-3 Senior Citizen Multiple Residential.
