A public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, May 15, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, NY to consider the following applications.
WENDY’S, 77473 St Rt 96, seeking an area variance to allow a third business sign on the east elevation of the building when §165-5 B. (3) allows for businesses have a sign at each separate entrance to a public right-of-way. The building has entrances on both the north and south elevations. The east elevation, while having frontage does not have an entrance. The property is zoned Commercial and is located in the Route 96/251 overlay district and is owned by FX Net Lease Holdings, LLC.
