A public hearing will be held before the Village of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals on Wednesday, June 21, 2023, at 7:00 p.m., in the Village Hall, 60 East Main Street, Victor, New York, to consider:
1.) The application of Tom DeMeyers, 24 Walling Street, for an area variance to the Village of Victor Zoning Code to install a shed closer to the side and rear property line than 10’ and have part of the shed in the storm water easement.
The property is located in the R-4 one family residential zoning district.
Pursuant to § 170-7 A (1) , no accessory buildings shall be constructed nearer to the highway line than is permitted for a principal building or nearer to any side or rear lot line, respectively, than 10 feet.
Pursuant to § 170-7 A (3), no accessory building shall be installed in violation of restrictions on real property, including but not limited to easements or right of ways, or in violation of other Village of Victor codes.
