A public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, June 19, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, NY to consider the following applications.
MARKIN, 6894 Valentown Road, seeking an area variance to keep the horse pasture fence that was installed forward of the frontline of the home when §211-41 H. states fences over two feet high shall not be erected nearer to the road than the primary structure. The property is zoned Residential 2 and is owned by Louis Jeffrey Markin.
