A public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, September 18, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, NY to consider the following applications.
KRUPKA, 6611 Bradhurst Street, seeking an area variance for an existing shed 5.9’ and 10’ from the side property line whereas accessory structures such as sheds must observe a 10’ side setback as stated in §211-20 R-2 District Regulations for clustered subdivisions unless it meets the criteria listed in §211-20 D. for a further reduction to 5’ from the side property line which it does not meet. The property is zoned Residential 2 and is owned by James Krupka.
