NOTICE OF RECEIPT OF TAX ROLL AND WARRANT
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that I, Karen C. Bodine, the undersigned Receiver of Taxes for the Town of Victor, County of Ontario and the State of New York, have duly received the tax roll and warrant for the collection of taxes within the Town of Victor, New York for the year 2019. I have fixed the following place and dates for receiving taxes in person:

FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE, taxes can be paid at any branch of the Canandaigua National Bank during the month of JANUARY only. They will accept FULL PAYMENTS ONLY - NO INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS will be accepted at the Bank.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the taxes may be paid on or before January 31, 2019, without charge or interest. On all taxes received after such date, there shall be added interest of one (1) percent if paid on or before February 28, 2019 and two (2) percent if paid on or before March 31, 2019. Taxpayers have the option of a two payment installment plan, however, the first payment (one-half of the total) must be paid by January 31, 2019 and the second installment (one-half of the total plus interest) is due by March 31, 2019.
TAXES UNPAID by the close of business on March 31, 2019 will be turned over to the Ontario County Treasurer for collection and a fee of five (5) percent added to the total on the bill plus one (1) additional percent interest monthly until taxes are paid or tax sale date.
